Ingredients
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 tablespoon Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Nuts (e.g. almonds, walnuts)
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, honey, rolled oats, ground flaxseed, vanilla extract, mini chocolate chips, and chopped nuts.
  2. Once well combined, refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
  3. After chilling, remove from the refrigerator and roll the mixture into small balls.
  4. Place the nut butter balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate again for at least 30 minutes to set.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
