  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Peanuts
  • 1 cup Dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Sea salt
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, peanuts, dried cranberries, and dark chocolate chips.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sea salt over low heat until melted and well combined.
  3. Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
