Granola was originally invented as a health food in the late 19th century by Dr. James Caleb Jackson, who called it ‘Granula’.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, store in an airtight container.
  7. Serve with milk or yogurt as a breakfast cereal or enjoy as a healthy snack.
