Ingredients
  • 2 cup Oats
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 4 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 cup Dried Cranberries
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, honey, coconut oil, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir well to coat.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, stir in dried cranberries.
  7. Store in an airtight container.
  8. Serve with yogurt or milk for breakfast or as a healthy snack.
