Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup Dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup Honey
  • 0.5 cup Peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and dried cranberries.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the honey, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt over low heat until well combined.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Cut into bars and let cool completely before serving.
