Ingredients
  • 2 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup Almonds
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, dried cranberries, dark chocolate chips, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat honey and peanut butter over low heat until melted and well combined. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the honey and peanut butter mixture over the oat mixture, and mix until well coated.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, cut into bars and enjoy!
