Ingredients
  • 2 cup Oats
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 3 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 0.5 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, and dried cranberries.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt coconut oil over low heat. Stir in honey and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well to ensure everything is coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, break the granola into small clusters.
  9. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
