  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoon Flaxseed meal
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 ripe Banana
  • 3 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoon Almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup Chopped almonds
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, flaxseed meal, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
  4. Add the mashed bananas, maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
  5. Fold in the dried cranberries and chopped almonds.
  6. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten each cookie slightly.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
