  • 1 bunch Collard Greens
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop the collard greens.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add collard greens, vegetable broth, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until the greens are tender.
