  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 0.5 cup Honey
  • 0.5 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together oats, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, and dried cranberries.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat honey, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt over low heat until well combined.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
