Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Dates
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 0.5 cup Goji berries
  • 2 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Sea salt
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, blend dates, almonds, goji berries, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sea salt until well combined.
  2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into the dish.
  3. Place the dish in the refrigerator and let it rest for at least 1 hour.
  4. Remove from the refrigerator and cut into bars.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
