Ingredients
  • 2 cup Glutinous rice flour
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together glutinous rice flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add vegetable oil, water, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a smooth batter forms.
  4. Divide the batter evenly into a greased muffin tin.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool in the tin for 10 minutes.
  7. Transfer the muffins to a wire rack to cool completely.
