Ingredients
  • 2 cup Gluten-Free Flour
  • 1 cup Oat Flour
  • 1 cup Tapioca Starch
  • 3 tablespoon Flaxseed Meal
  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, oat flour, tapioca starch, flaxseed meal, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine almond milk, olive oil, and maple syrup.
  4. Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased bread tin and smooth the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the bread cool in the tin for 10 minutes.
  8. Transfer the bread to a wire rack and let it cool completely before slicing and serving.
