Ingredients
  • 2 cup Gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free all-purpose flour, baking powder, garlic powder, dried rosemary, and salt.
  3. Add the olive oil and water to the dry ingredients. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into a ball.
  6. Place the dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic and olive oil. Brush the garlic oil mixture over the top of each dough ball.
  8. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the dough balls.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let the rolls cool on a wire rack for at least 10 minutes before serving.
