  • 1 cup Gluten-free flour
  • 1 tablespoon Ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, ground flaxseed, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Add olive oil and water to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper until it is very thin.
  5. Remove the top sheet of parchment paper and transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet.
  6. Using a sharp knife or a pizza cutter, cut the dough into small squares or rectangles.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
