Ingredients
  • 2 cup Gluten-free flour blend
  • 1 cup Tapioca flour
  • 3 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the warm water, yeast, and honey. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour blend, tapioca flour, sesame seeds, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the olive oil and eggs to the yeast mixture and whisk until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.
  5. Grease a loaf pan and pour the batter into it. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Cover the pan with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  8. Bake the bread for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  10. Transfer the bread to a wire rack and let it cool completely before slicing and serving.
