  • 2 medium-sized Onions
  • 1 cup Gluten-free flour blend
  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 1 cup Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Slice the onions into thin rings.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour blend, rice flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip the onion rings into the flour mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
