Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Gluten-free flour blend
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 0.5 cup Almond milk
  • 0.25 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 0.5 cup Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the donut drops are golden brown.
  7. Allow the donut drops to cool for a few minutes, then dust with powdered sugar.
