  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Dried Fruit (e.g., raisins, cranberries)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the millet flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the coconut oil, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in the dried fruit.
  6. Form the dough into a ball and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Flatten the dough into a disc shape, about 1 inch thick.
  8. Use a sharp knife to cut the dough into 8 equal wedges.
