Ingredients
  • 2 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Coconut flakes
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the blueberries, coconut sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Toss until well coated.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flakes, coconut oil, and salt until crumbly.
  4. Spread the blueberry mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the crumbly mixture over the blueberries.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbling.
