Ingredients
  • 500 gram Zucchini
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the zucchini into thick slices.
  3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, honey, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and fresh thyme.
  4. Brush the zucchini slices with the marinade mixture.
  5. Grill or bake the zucchini slices for about 10-12 minutes or until tender.
  6. Remove from heat and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
