  • 2 pound Rutabagas
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel the rutabagas and cut them into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the rutabagas with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the rutabagas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the rutabagas are tender and golden brown, stirring once halfway through cooking.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
