  • 300 gram Carrots
  • 300 gram Parsnips
  • 300 gram Sweet Potatoes
  • 4 teaspoon Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel and cut the carrots, parsnips, and sweet potatoes into equal-sized chunks.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the root vegetables to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the vegetables to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
