  • 8 ounce Pecans
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • A pinch pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Add the pecans to the bowl and toss until coated.
  4. Spread the coated pecans in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until the pecans are caramelized, stirring once halfway through.
