Ingredients
  • 500 gram Onions
  • 30 gram Butter
  • 30 gram Brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and sauté until translucent.
  3. Sprinkle brown sugar over the onions and stir until it melts.
  4. Add balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  5. Reduce heat to low and let the onions simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot as a side dish.
