Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 30 gram Butter
  • 30 gram Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the carrots.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the carrots to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the sugar mixture over the carrots and stir to coat.
  6. Add water to the skillet and bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
  8. Remove the lid and continue to cook for 5 minutes or until the glaze has thickened.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
