Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the carrots.
  2. In a pot, bring water to a boil and cook the carrots for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain the carrots and set aside.
  4. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Add the cooked carrots to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Drizzle honey over the carrots and stir to coat.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper.
  8. Cook for another 5 minutes until the carrots are glazed and tender.
  9. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Serve the glazed carrots as a side dish or pack them for lunch.
