Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 250 gram Leeks
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the carrots into thin rounds.
  2. Trim the leeks and slice them thinly.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the carrots and leeks to the pan and sauté for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in honey, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the carrots are tender.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
