Peel and slice the carrots.

In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the carrots and sauté for 5 minutes.

Add water, honey, and salt to the pan.

Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the carrots are tender.

Remove the lid and cook for an additional 5 minutes to glaze the carrots.
