Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the carrots.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the brown sugar, honey, and salt to the saucepan and stir until dissolved.
  4. Add the carrots and water to the saucepan.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the carrots are tender.
  6. Remove from heat and let the carrots rest for a few minutes.
  7. Serve the glazed carrots hot as a side dish.
