Ingredients
  • 200 gram Fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 stalk Green onions
Instructions
  1. Peel and grate the ginger.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add grated ginger and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour the soy sauce mixture into the pan and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
