Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the carrots.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add carrots and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. In a small bowl, mix orange juice, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the mixture over the carrots and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
