Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Orange Zest
  • 1/4 cup Orange Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, ginger, orange zest, orange juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and lightly browned.
