  • 4 cup Kale
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add ginger and garlic, and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add kale and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until wilted.
  4. Add soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  5. Cook for another 2 minutes.
