Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the carrots.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the ginger for 1 minute.
  3. Add the carrots and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add honey, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  5. Cover the pan and cook for another 10 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
  6. Serve hot.
