  • 500 gram Cauliflower
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets, ginger, curry powder, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower mixture onto a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
