  • 300 gram Carrots
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 piece Garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 400 gram Assorted vegetables (e.g. cucumber, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes)
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the carrots into chunks.
  2. Place the carrots, ginger, tahini, lemon juice, garlic clove, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a blender or food processor.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the assorted vegetables by washing and cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
