Ingredients
  • 2 cup Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and garlic.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, garnish with fresh basil.
