Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 10 gram Fresh Coriander Leaves
Instructions
  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then peel and dice them.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, ginger, and garlic. Saute until golden brown.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add the diced potatoes and mix until well coated with the spice mixture.
  6. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
