  • 16 ounce Cannellini Beans
  • 2 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Tomatoes
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Basil
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add cannellini beans, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
