Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Zucchini
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out the excess moisture.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, minced garlic, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add the olive oil and water to the bowl and mix until well combined.
  5. Transfer the dough to a greased baking dish and shape it into a round loaf.
