  • 4 cup Summer squash
  • 4 clove Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the summer squash into 1/2-inch thick slices.
  3. Mince the garlic cloves.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the summer squash slices and minced garlic with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
