Ingredients
  • 300 gram Seitan
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and water to make a marinade.
  2. Cut seitan into bite-sized pieces and marinate in the mixture for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Add marinated seitan and cook until browned.
  6. Sprinkle black pepper and salt over the seitan.
  7. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Serve hot with rice or your favorite side dish.
