  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped chives
  • 2/3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Water
Instructions
