Ingredients
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 2 sprig Fresh Rosemary
  • 2 cup Vegetable Stock
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic cloves and cook until golden brown.
  3. Add rosemary sprigs and cook for another minute.
  4. Pour in vegetable stock and bring to a simmer.
  5. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and strain the jus to remove garlic and rosemary.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper.
  8. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve the garlic and rosemary jus as a sauce or condiment.
