  • 1 head Cabbage
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 small Bell pepper
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Shred the cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, and red onion.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded vegetables.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
