  2. Boil the soaked beans until tender.
  3. In a separate pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds.
  4. Add finely chopped onion, ginger, garlic, and green chili. Saute until golden brown.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  6. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, amchur powder, and salt. Mix well.
  7. Add the boiled garbanzo beans along with some water. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  9. Serve hot with rice or naan.
