Ingredients
  • 2 cup Garbanzo beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.
  2. Add tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  3. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add garbanzo beans and water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Mash some of the garbanzo beans to thicken the gravy.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot with rice or bread.
