  • 2 can Red kidney beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
  • 6 piece Lime wedges
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
  2. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Stir well.
  3. Add the red kidney beans and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 hours, until the flavors are well combined.
