Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rice
  • 1 cup Black beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the rice and beans separately.
  2. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil and sauté the onion, red bell pepper, and garlic until softened.
  3. Add the cooked rice and beans to the pan and mix well.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, and cilantro.
  5. Cook for a few more minutes until heated through.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
